Summary: The breakfast was wonderful Cindy was more than accommodating. I wish I could say the same about the desk, staff and management who were not able to help us resolve our problems. We had a non-functioning sink drain and not accommodating our friends who came with us and wanted a room transfer so we could be in the same building. It was disappointing because the home is so beautiful and the location is so great. Parking is a little awkward and the parking and the steps you need to climb to get to the main building can be dangerous, especially in the evening
